I’m going on a long vacation tomorrow to the Philippines and will not be posting again until June 25th. Based on information I have read from Marketing Sherpa the delivery and open rates presented here seem very high. However it is an interesting chart. Online Ad Spending up 34 Percent in 2006.

This article by PC World is a perfect tie in to my recent posts about Google Adwords. Online ad spending in the U.S. grew 34 percent in 2006, compared with 2005, as marketers continued expanding their use of the Internet to promote their products and services, according to a new study. With an estimated US$16.8 billion spent, the U.S. is a “healthy environment” for online advertising, the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) said Wednesday. Very affordable web based email marketing program.

I’m going back to where I left of a few weeks ago in providing links and comments about different email marketing software or web based list mangement services. One of my favorites that only costs US$19.50 a month is EzineDirector. This great program has many of the advanced tracking and automated list management features of much more expensive email marketing clients.
