What happened to Lowes customer service? A tale of a company in decline!

I stopped going to Home Depot many years ago because their customer services was so poor. I’ve been going to Lowes in recent years but I can no longer tolerate their indifference to creating a quality customer experience. I recently went to my local Lowes in Temecula, California to purchase some custom paint. It was in the early morning and there were only a few customers in the paint section. There wasn’t an employee anywhere. Regardless I decided to pick my color and attempt to purchase some paint. I found the base paint I wanted and needed someone to mix the paint for me. Unfortunately...

BEIJING (AP) — By some measures, China has tied the United States as the online population leader with its government reporting that the number of Internet users there has soared to 221 million. The figure, reported Thursday by the Xinhua News Agency, reflects China’s explosive growth in Internet use despite government efforts to block access to material considered subversive or pornographic. It was a 61 percent increase over the 137 million Internet users reported at the start of 2007. But the numbers alone can be deceiving. Nielsen Online estimates the U.S. online population at 221...

Which Google products should a small business use?

This interesting article is written by Matt McGhee and comes from Search Engine Land.
