How to Twitter or how does one Twitter is a very common question these days? I found an excellent book review by the L.A. Times of this book, Twitterville: How Businesses Can Thrive in the New Global Neighborhoods. In the review they suggest this book really helps, “make sense of Twitter.” One of the interesting items of note is the discussion in how companies can and have used Twitter for online reputation management.
