Recently Google released their first edition of the “Google Analytics Bench Marketing Newsletter”. The only way you can receive a copy of this newsletter is if you have chosen the anonymous data sharing in your Google Analytics set up. Google provided the following documentation to show the average website bounce rate in the United States, The United Kingdom, France, Brazil, China and Japan.
“Our anonymous database has aggregated geographic breakdown at the country level. Here are a few representative countries and their respective aggregate metrics. The first number in each cell represents the metric for the date range 11/1/10-2/1/11. The parenthesized number is the Year over Year delta compared to a year ago.“
